Based in Morocco since 1989, Philippe Fluchaire continues the heritage of generations of people of taste and experts in innovation.
Perfectionist by nature, always searching for the exception, with refined taste and choice of noble materials, Philippe Fluchaire demonstrates his experience in high class furnishing and fittings. This aesthete of decoration has created prestigious residences, sumptuous palaces, elegant interiors and furnishings with absolute comfort.
From the Kingdom of Morocco to the private residences of New York, Paris or Marbella, for a closed circle of collectors, businessmen, heads of state and for big business, Philippe Fluchaire has made himself the reference, both nationally and internationally.
Today, Philippe Fluchaire manages more than 450 people combining all different disciplines: an office for technical and planning studies, made up of project managers, designers and archivists, a decoration office managed by interior designers and stylists, and then two production plants which group together artisan cabinetmakers, carpenters, sculptors, finishers, etc. They all accomplish, on a daily basis, the concepts that have been presented.
Each project entrusted to Philippe Fluchaire bears witness to outstanding, excellent research in which everybody has actively participated. He instils a positive and serene energy around himself.
Having gained such renown, he never stops demonstrating, in the projects entrusted to him, this spirit of comfort, never straying from elegance. Philippe Fluchaire has retained the generous eye and largesse which give volume to even the small things in his daily life. From simple ideas are born unique pieces.
Jacques Émile RUHLMANN, Paul PUPRE-LAFON, or even Jean Michel FRANK, individuals from a period rich in aesthetic revolutions, have had a consistent influence on Philippe Fluchaire’s work. The sensitivity and harmony that they developed for the creation of top of the range furniture, both refined and functional, using precious wood such as rosewood, Makassar ebony, oak, lemon, olive, have had a strong influence on Philippe Fluchaire. These carefully selected materials are real treasures which crown each of his creations even in the smallest detail. For complete mastery and the guarantee of an irreproachable quality, Philippe Fluchaire oversees the whole chain of production: from the purchase of the raw materials to the installation in the workshops, via the creation, shaping, assembly, upholstery and finishing.
Each, in their own role, contributes to the realisation of the final, unique piece. To achieve this, many different trades work with high quality wood, combining their knowledge and expertise so that they not only create, but also adapt to the needs and wishes of the project owner.
Each of these trades is essential to the others: the art of geometry, cabinetmaking, arrangement, finishing, upholstery ... the different workshops involved from the initial plan to the final production lead to a harmony in the work.
The expert is at the centre of our work as it is he alone who is the guarantee of a job well done.
